Your data belongs to you
Under India's data protection law (DPDP Act), you have the right to see, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you — and we've made that easy. Use this page to exercise any of those rights, or to raise a privacy concern.
- Only you can access your data. We verify the identity of every requester before acting — no data is ever released just because someone asked.
- Requests cover your own records only (or your child's, if you are their guardian).
- Your records stay protected — encrypted, access-controlled, and never sold or shared for advertising.

How requests are handled
A member of the privacy team personally reviews every request and verifies the requester's identity before anything is shared or changed. Some records may be retained where the law requires it — for example billing, clinical continuity, security, or dispute records.
