Beta terms - version 2026-06-27-beta

Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 June 2026. These beta terms describe the basic rules for using Tech2Physio and T2P Rehab. They should be reviewed by counsel before a public-scale launch.

Clinical responsibility

Tech2Physio is a software tool for physiotherapists. It does not replace professional clinical judgement. Physios are responsible for reviewing assessments, AI-generated plans, exercise prescriptions, messages, and patient instructions before use.

Patient use

Patients should follow their physiotherapist's advice and seek medical help for urgent symptoms, worsening pain, or emergencies. The app is not an emergency medical service.

Account responsibility

Users must keep login details secure, use accurate information, and only access records they are authorised to access. Clinics are responsible for ensuring their staff and patient records are entered lawfully.

Data and consent

Use of the platform requires processing personal data and health-related information as described in the Privacy Notice. Users may request access, correction, export, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or raise a grievance through the privacy contact.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt to access another clinic's or patient's data, bypass security, upload unlawful content, misuse messaging, reverse engineer protected services, or use the platform for abusive, harmful, or illegal activity.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through supported payment providers. Subscription access, trial periods, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to the plan and payment terms shown in the product or agreed with Tech2Physio.

Beta availability

During beta, features may change, pause, or be removed. Tech2Physio will try to preserve user data and service continuity, but beta users should expect occasional changes while the product matures.
